One of the most celebrated event in Cebu City is the Miss Cebu Pagent. Fortunately, it is held weeks before the Sinulog celebration every January. Both events are ways of promoting Cebu as a destination island that must be seen.

Rapport de la dernière assemblée générale, élection du 20 décembre 2008
Au nom de l’association de Pinoysbest, nous avons l’honneur de vous informer que lors de l’assemblée générale du 20 décembre, de nouveaux membres ont été élus à la majorité absolue sans aucune objection et font désormais partie intégrante de l’association. Le résultat de ces événements sera bénéfique pour nos citoyens.
La présidente, Madame Elizabeth (Liz) Maquet, légitiment élue par les membres a conduit la réunion et, en concertation avec les membres présents a décidé de collecter des fonds en vue d’aider les personnes dans le besoin, principalement des citoyens Philippins.
Nous encourageons chacun de venir et de nous joindre, en vue de devenir membre actif de l’association et aussi d’avoir des contacts avec nos citoyens.
Quelque soit leur statut, tout ceux souhaitant participer seront chaleureusement accueillis.

Founded in 1997 to promote the protection and social reintegration of girls aged between 5 and 16 years who have suffered physical and/or sexual abuse.
